- Space Shift – Spring Cleaning: Clean and declutter your environment. Decluttering helps reduce distractions and provides a sense of control.
- Fix Something: Tackle a repair or project, no matter how small.
- Try Something New: Engage in a completely new activity to disrupt negative thought patterns and spark a sense of adventure.
- Bonus Tip: Moving your body is a natural part of the above activities and can further boost your mood.
