George McGraw wants to change the way you think about water. George runs the DIGDEEP Right to Water Project in Los Angeles, which he founded. DIGDEEP brings sustainable, clean water to communities around the world while helping Americans use their own resources more intelligently. DIGDEEP is also the only global water organization bringing clean water to at-risk communities in the U.S.

George has guest lectured at Universities in Kashmir, Japan, and the United States and is a contributing author to publications like the Huffington Post, RealClear, and various law reviews. He has been a guest of major news outlets and spoken at events hosted by the Clinton Foundation, TEDx, and companies like Ford. George has a graduate degree in International Law from the United Nations University for Peace in Costa Rica. Previously, he worked for several foreign governments and consulted for the U.N. Development Programme in Afghanistan.

Mr. Latimer was named Deputy Director on February 15, 2010, after having served as Contracts and Grants General Manager since March 2003. Previously, he was the Head Governmental Analyst in Contracts and Grants, leading the Consultant and Local Economic Development Units.

Mr. Latimer has been with the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department since 1989 and with the City of Detroit since 1985. Mr. Latimer holds a bachelor of science degree in general studies from Wayne State University and a master of science in administration degree in general business administration from Central Michigan University.
