Welcome to Episode 107 of Late Talks on Air for Sunday, January 19th, 2025! 

Tomorrow’s a big day for both Canada and the U.S. as Donald J. trump becomes the 47th president of the United States. With the looming issues of border security, the threat of tariffs and a prorogued parliament in Canada, this is going to be interesting.

But politics (though often a driver of policies to help or adversely affect us all) can pale in comparison to events and matters much closer to us in time and space. I seem to be in a talkative mood tonight on the issue of parenting of all things – this after receiving news tonight of someone’s safe return home. Let’s discuss!
