Until now, I haven’t spoken much about spirituality—and I’m not sure where this will go from here. But I’ve been feeling the need to explore more profound questions about why things are happening the way they are and what we can do about it.
Unless you’ve been living under a shoebox, I am, of course, referring to the increasingly divisive culture in Canada and the United States. So, to help answer these questions, I’m starting from a spiritual perspective with some help from today’s guest, Abdu Murray.
I hope you find this conversation a possible starting point on your journey toward finding peace.

Abdu holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. He lives in the Detroit, Michigan, area with his wife and their three children.
