Should we feel the need to make grand resolutions public at the start of the New Year – or any time for that matter? Well, perhaps you can learn from my own mistakes (yes, I have a story or two to share)!
In this episode, drawing inspiration from Jim Rohn’s philosophy on work and goals, we explore the pitfalls of sharing our aspirations too early with public audiences on social media and elsewhere. We discuss the stress that can arise from prematurely revealing our ambitions and the novel idea of keeping things close – using private work and research to first build self-trust (and ironically the trust of others) before revealing the next best thing!
Thank you so very much for tuning in throughout 2024 – I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for us all!
Happy New Year!
